ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
- Total delivery time: 5-12 business days from order placement
- Products ship from US warehouses with tracking provided
FREE SHIPPING: Free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 within the continental US.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
- Express shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for additional cost
- Overnight shipping: Available in select areas for additional cost
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
SHIPPING DELAYS: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
- Returns accepted up to 14 days after delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Full refund issued minus return shipping costs once item is received
